Wut do they mean by this? [Football practices]

Question

When they say 35 pro, whatever whatever, because i sat out when they were getting on the line and going over plays.

Can anyone tell me what they mean by 22, whatever, 35 pro etc.

Or give me a website.

i think 35 means the three back going through the five hole. with the style of pro , depending on what yr team considres to be pro. and for 22 same but 2 back going through 2 hole

the first number is the back and second is the hole. SO when the play is 35 pro it probally is pro formation wich is when ther backfield is in a triangle setup (you don't have to worry about that since you play end) the full back (3) is running in the 5 hole (Between the Left end and left tackle). Basically all you need to know is the second number

if they run a 30 series, 31, 35, etc that means that the running back is following the full back through the hole.

(From an offensive point of view) odds are to the left, and even are to the right.

A twenty series such as 22 means that one back is going up the middle and the other is going around the end. if the second number is high that means its going to the outside guy, a lower one would go to the back heading up the middle

pro just means the tight end is on the strong side (usually right)
