Question:

Wut drills and exersises should i do for the DE position??

ive been playing DE for 2 years now and i pretty good and ive been 1st string for both of those years but now im moving up in the leages and theres this kid whos better than me and the already have a very good right end ( im a left end) so i need tips to help me get better if u no any drills or exercises or tips that could help me id really appreciate it thx =]

  1. like you i play DE and have had a very decent year this past year. and in order the get better some exercises you should do is you need to gain upper body strength and work on your reaction times to get off the ball. also work on being able to dip your shoulder to get around the RT. Also you should work on being able to box- working on the box is important because if the running back or QB gets out to the corner you need to able to prevent that. hope this helps lemme kno if u need more detiarls
