Your IQ is not based on how old you are, it is based on how intelligent (or your potential for intelligence) you are for your age range.

For any age range, 100 is an average IQ - anything below that is below and anything above that is above.  Anything over 130 is heading to genius stage.  The IQ will adjust though as you age as others catch up to the potential for intelligence.  \

So if you're 15 and your IQ was 90 but by the age of 21 it jumped to 120 then you learned as you grew.  If your IQ is 115 now but you never learn more that high school information, by the time you reach 22 it will drop because it is in relation to the people your age and what the intelligence levels should be.
