Wuthering Heights question.....I'm confused?

When in the novel Wuthering Heights, by Emily Bronte, does it say that Catherine is pregnant? Does she die from childbirth or was she dying and they had to get the baby out?

I remember it was very vague, and I don't think it said it outright. It mentions something like 'how she was eating for two.'

But I think she died from childbirth.
