I need to do a project on the statue in san francisco union square but i dunt know the name of it . . the statue thats right in the middle of union square . . sumone plz answer me ! thnx

it is the Victoria Monument.

"At the center of Union Square stands a tall column topped with a statue of Victoria, goddess of victory. The monument commemorates the victory of admiral Dewey in 1898 at Manila Bay during the Spanish - American war."

hmm...never been there, but looked it up and it says 'admiral dewey memorial column'
