It is beautiful place situated at the top of hill and having a good climate.

So, so many rich people are living there,

And that area become posh.

the high and mighty DID live there, now they are moving out as there ia too much commercial development. and yes...there are alot of pimps and hookers there too.

When the gentry select an area to live.They exclude all forms of public transport.They then pay extravagant prices,for thier homes This keeps out the riff raff.
