I'm not 100% sure his injury is real. WWE could be making it a storyline so Orton's return would be a surprise. But it he is injured, I hope he returns soon

It is completely fake. Right when Orton was cleared to wrestle, he gets injured. If he went 300 feet, how could he have survived. Of all the places why would it be the collar bone and not the ribs or legs. Same thing happened to Cena when he was injured. He was back way before Mania and according to it, he was suppose to be mania
