Goldberg and Ultimate Warrior? John Cena? Are you serious? Very few of the men you named are/were exceptional performers in the ring. Warrior couldn't wrestle at all, Goldberg was only good in five-minute squashes.

Kenta Kobashi and Mitsuharu Misawa. Leaning more towards Kobashi; Misawa does not know when to hang the boots up. Ric Flair himself has called them the greatest in-ring workers ever.

The greatest when mic skills and championships are taken into account is obviously Ric Flair.

If you just meant WWF, it's between Hart and HBK (because, you know, Flair didn't accomplish all that much in WWF- he only won two of his 20+ world titles there), but WWF/E isn't all of wrestling.

Bret Hart just because he had the talent and the showmanship. He is very proud of the fact that he never really hurt anyone in during his career. technically he was the best and could anticipate what was coming next (yes i know it is scripted and no he did not see Montreal coming) i usually don't care for arrogance in a person but his statement of being the best their is the best their was and the best their will ever be still rings true to this day.

And I wouldn't have it another way.
