Www.zuccionline.co.uk Not replying or Answering the phone?

I placed an order last Tue and i payed for an item for next Day Delivery . They sent me Email the next day saying the item is out of stock and that i could pick something else and have 10% off or have refund, So i sent them another message asking if they had this item, Again i got another message saying sorry this item is out of stock , We wait for your Responce, So this time i asked for Refund. since i have asked this i have not had any Emails at all from this company since last Thur, I have also tryed to call them and no one ever answers .

Can i get my bank to get this money back as this company is ripping me off? .

If you paid by credit card(not a debit card) you will be able to get your money back.Contact your card issuer. If you paid by chq or debit card, its unlikely to get your money back

Scam, file complaints with the police and crime center if you're in the us

only if you paid by credit card, just contact your card supplier you'll have your money back in a week !
