Wy do the Congressional Democrats not allow a vote..?

on the Energy Independence Bill that Billy Klinton vetoed in 1995?...a simple vote,yes or no isnt all that much to ask is it?

with gas prices killing our way of life,they know it will pass but they have bent over and spread their cheeks for the tree huggers for so long,they cant allow it...so they take the chance of killing our entire country...which is what is happeneing but they are typical liberals and just ignore the pain they are causing their people....
