Actually there isn't one but many . This site is for clearing doubts by asking sensible queries or giving appropriate answers to others' questions . But many questions are sheer waste of time .

Nope, I dont answer such questions even for 2 points because answering them will encourage them to ask more of silly questions & waste everybody's time .
