Well there isn't a deadline yet, but it will probably be around the end of August early September.

Because they start filming in early 2009.

and they have to find all the people soon.

actually they are supposed to film around summer or spring 09 and deadlines will be announced whenever they get one,. but i would say send in before 09

I don't know if you already checked out this site, but here's a site that has some information on the "Camp Rock 2" movie. I think it says there's no deadline and of course you can't send it in while they're filming. Plus they start filming in early 2009, so just send it in before 2009 is what I say. =)
