X-Stiff shaft?

I currently use Stiff shafts in my driver and 5 wood as they give a good kick, however, i am planning on purchasing some new iron and am considering extra stiff shafts to ensure accuracy and control over the ball. My swing speed is around 105 - 110 mph. Any advice on what flex i should get? Should I go to extra stiff shafts in my driver and 5 wood? cheers.

As, your swing speed is around 105-110 mph i would advice you to get a stiff flex. If its more then 115-120,  I believe it would be better, to have an  extra yard and play with an extra stiff shaft.

If you make faster swings you must use a stiffer flex because regular flex or less with a fast swing creates too much lag which leads to duck hooks.
