X-Treame scooters,has any one had any problems with there scooter and dealing with the company?

My son worked hard and saved up to get on (470 gas powered)and has had nothing but trouble with it and his last problemed created a very dangerous situation(steering gave out)has any one had any luck with getting there money back from this companY?Xtreame scooters?or any luck in getting there scooter repaired correctly? thank you

Those are junk and most will not fix them. I am sorry for your son and he had to learn this way.  99.6 % of those imports that are selling around from china are junk. You might try going back where you bought it. Other than the j*p brands that every one knows. KYMCO an HYOSUNG as well as Genuine are good products. anytime they are to cheap they break .
