I've heard that some cooling systems for the x box 360 and s***w up your x box so i was wondering what is a good company that makes a good cooling system.and when your x box shuts down and the two left ring segmants flash red what does that mean?

It means that you got the "Red Rings of Death." You can call Microsoft Tech Support and you can have it repaired.
