Question:

X box 360 is it anygood?

My one when it was working it was great.....but it has sufferd the ring of death many times......I think its a real peice of s....t !

Microsoft claim most are ok and Im just unlucky......so unlucky it would seem that they take no resposibility

Anyone else had problems ......as there alot of complaints on you tube watch dog and many other media that I have reserched

  3. How can you complain about a defect when Microsoft is willing to take it back, fix it, and send it back without even charging you a dime for the shipping? It's insane customer service.

  8. it is the 360 breaks wayyyyyy to much!! no matter what every single xbox will suffer the same thing,the only thing i have to say is get a new game console,like the ps3 or wii,i suggest a wii for family and ps3 for..uhh.idk i really dont like the ps3 but it has a few good games for mature players..so its up to you what you want..just hope they fix that problem

  9. I LOVE IT! we got the ring of death and went into best buy since we had bought the warranty and had a new one in 5 minutes, no problem at all!

    i'm super into xbox live. they have so many old games to buy. i just bought sonic the hedgehog and am addicted to it all over again!

  11. At first I had problems with turning it on, it wasn't the ring of death, but I had to turn it on and off about 4 times before it would actually start. I had it sent in and after getting it back ti works fine.

    Unfortunately thought the X-Box service people are the worst people around. I had a problem with my HD-DVD drive (which I bought about 5 months before its death). The people at the service centre continually kept giving me the run around with what was needed for me to get it sent in.  First was told that they couldn't help me due to there system not working right. Was told that they would call me back, they never did. Eventually they told me that they would be sending me a box to send it in, never came. Found out that they don't send out a box, I had to send it in myself, so I did.

    They get the package by Christmas day. I never get it back. I call them numerous times, get people saying they never got it,  that they couldn't help, even one person hung up on me.  Luckily I eventually found a competent support person who actually was able to help me, find out what happened to my package, and get it back to me.  I eventually got it back late May. So about a half a year without the drive during which the medium died.

    To summarize, the console is good as long as its working, but the x-box support is absolutely terrible.
