X-box 360 repair help?

Question

it broke one month ago it came back around the beggining of the year and was still not fixed it worked for like 30min and then started to freeze and i restarted it and three red lights appeared.

after this i was bored and drew all over it in grafiti ( im good at that and no i dont do grafitti unless its on my room walls or i own something)

im now wondering will waranty still cover it now that its marked up in sharpy where it says x-box 360
