Ok, I'm not a big fan of rollar coasters that are hard on my stomach. I hate getting that feeling when ur stomach pushes in a lot. I have gone to nearly all the rides except for superman, golaith, x, or x2. The most extreme coasters that i have been on are Riddler"s Revenge, Batman, Scream, Deja Vu, Viper, and the other small rides. Will i like goliath and X2 if i go on it? My family are going on it and i dont want to chicken out like before. I really want to go, but i hate that feeling and i dont go. Should I?

and my cuz never wnet on golatith so it was her first time too and shes 18

  3. Well it depends on what bothers you most: severe heart pounding drops or severe disorientation. I have been on both of these rides plenty of times and I would rather ride X2 than Goliath any day. Be aware that Goliath has broken many records for height and speed and is probably the tallest ride in California, if not on the west coast. Goliath is nothing like Riddler or Batman; those rides are child's play compared to this one. I happen to like roller coasters a lot, but Goliath is way too extreme. It takes forever for you to ascend the first hill and the first few drops are punishing. The first time I got on the ride I blacked out. You should research it, that's the biggest health related problem people suffer from at Magic Mountain is blacking out on the ride. I think it has something to do with positive/negative G-forces. However once you get through those first drops, the ride is fast, fun and has lots of curves. X (or X2) is just really disorienting. Honestly after the first time I got off this ride I literally said, "what the h**l just happened?" I would much rather ride X2 even though it has an 89 degree drop, it's not as bad as it seems and you'll be so in awe that you are spinning through the air that you rarely notice what's going on and then it's over. Me, being someone that doesn't appreciate heights, huge drops, or that god awful feeling in my stomach, I usually avoid Goliath at all costs. All in all, I prefer X (X2). Whatever you do stay away from Tatsu....
