X2 or x at six flags magic mountain???

i need sum help. is this ride x or x2? the photo was taken on june 1st 2008

This is X2. The track remains the same as X, but the differences/improvements are as follows:

1. Cool waiting/que-line. TVs are set up everywhere and play cool videos of extreme skaters, bikers, etc. and funny videos of people who want to do those tricks but end up hurting themselves.

2. Faster loading time. I havent seen this really occur, particularly because of the huge lines, with one side being assigned seating the other not. My answer to this: open the ride maybe once or twice a week, to reduce breakdown.

3. Faster, lighter trains with on-board audio. You get to listen to stuff like Enter the Sandman-Metallica, all the way through the ride. the trains are also 10,00lbs lighter than they were before (they weigh about 75,000 lbs now) therefore greatly reducing wear on the track.

4. Fire cannons and mist. The mist cannot be seen except for at night. But just before the end of the ride you get blasted with fire.

5. New paint. Track is now red and poles now black. In my opinion they suit it much better than the original colors, because X2 is badass :)

go ride it sometime. I love X2 and usually ride it whenever i have the chance to.
