  1. xanax is great. It calms you down from anxiety, mellows you out. You should not stop taking right away you need to go off slowly or you can risk sezures, sweating, mood disterbance, nausea...so on. Normal side effects are normal at first, drowsy, nausea, dizzyness...never heard of xanex bars...is it a shot?
