XBOX 360 Help Moving Gamertag to a new 360!?

I currently play on my Sisters XBOX 360 and I have a gamer profile w/XBox Live and a bunch of Arcade games that I have bought, my question is If when I buy my own will I be able to move all that to my 360? and How? Thanks
