Ok so on August 25th I packaged my Xbox 360 and delivered it using the company UPS. I printed the label the email had sent me and posted it on top of the box the the company UPS provided me with. Then on about August 27th i tracked the delivery and the UPS website said that they had delivered the XBOX 360 to its destination. But, when I checked the xbox tracking website and it said that they haven't recieved my console yet. I checked again on August 30th but the current tracking status is the same and they still haven't recieved my XBOX 360. Can you tell me if this is normal or do i need contact xbox customer support for this.
