XBOX 360 Status Update Help?

Ok so on August 25th I packaged my Xbox 360 and delivered it using the company UPS. I printed the label the email had sent me and posted it on top of the box the the company UPS provided me with. Then on about August 27th i tracked the delivery and the UPS website said that they had delivered the XBOX 360 to its destination. But, when I checked the xbox tracking website and it said that they haven't recieved my console yet. I checked again on August 30th but the current tracking status is the same and they still haven't recieved my XBOX 360. Can you tell me if this is normal or do i need contact xbox customer support for this.

  1. ups tracking is so screwed up, i would give it a couple more days b/c ups tracking always lies. i doubt they got it to MS that quick. dont worry if they did lose your 360, ull get a new one anyway.


  2. UPS delivers hundreds of 360s to MS every day. I'm sure they just haven't gotten to it yet as this has happened to many other people. Just keep checking the UPS website as they are a lot more efficient and thorough so they're probably right about the delivery.

    I know what you mean. You said UPS says it's been delivered, but the Xbox site says they haven't got it right? I mean that it has probably been delivered and MS just hasn't updated to info for you yet. I've had 3 friends who had this same problem and MS had it already.
