Well... My 360 was working fine untill today it made some clankty clankty sounds while turning on and the screen went completely black and showed 3 red lights 1,2,4 player lights.. I kept trying to turn it on... and i left it for about 20 minutes and turned it on and it works.... Is this temporary? Am i good for now? Also i think my intercooler may have voided the warranty.... Its a nyko ex intercooler (metal plug)... I dont want to hear any garbage like "ohh intercoolers actually give more heat.." someone help me god!!!!!!

And best answer will not be given to you if you tell me that intercoolers actually backfire.....

  1. Well.....MS will never know that you have a intercooler on there....unless you told them.

    Yes. It is very temporary.

Lucky for you...ANY xbox360 that has the rrod automatically get a 3 year warranty

  2. I don't think that was the RROD and I'm not really sure what it was and it may or may not come back.  Also, The Nyko Intercooler EX is great, is does decrease the heat by a few degrees Celsius and also decreases loading times (unofficial, but my friend owns one and it does it for him, we tested to see!).  And yes it does void your warranty but it doesn't matter because it leaves no signs that it was there and Microsoft will have no way of knowing (unless you leave it on there and send it to them, lol).  So even if you get the RROD, you'll be fine as long as when you contact Microsoft, you bought your Xbox earlier than 3 years prior.  Hope my advice helped!
