1. You're pretty much screwed w/ 3 gigs unless you transfer all of your stuff. I suggest deleting any of the downloads that you don't use much to give yourself some more memory. (ex: demos, videos, trials and such)

  2. No. Downloads and saves are stored IN your hard drive. If you get a new one, it will be blank.

  3. Ask local game stores such as gamestop to help. It may cost money, but it should work.

OR but that and it works, my buddy did it and it worked for him.

Hope it works and best of luck!

  4. You can bring it all over to the new one. I forgot how exactly but I have done it 2 times with old 360's....you should be ok if you get a new one.

  5. Dont Listen to the other answers.

If you buy a new HDD, it will come with a cable, that is used to transfer your data. just follow the instructions that come with the new HDD

As for you gamertag, It will also be transfered to your new HDD. If not, you can choose to recover your gamertag.

If any other problems come up email me at rshaut@yahoo.com, with the sujecty being Xbox 360.
