Alright, i called in to make a repair order for my xbox 360 because it broke. The employee at microsoft said that they would send some kind of sticker so i can put it on a box and mail it. I recieved the email and it was VIA UPS. About 1 hr later i recieved a box from PUROLATOR saying to put the xbox in their box. So i had 2 different reference Numbers. I chose to send it with purolator and i did. I've waited a week and i still didn't reciev it!!!! Then, i just try for fun to put in the reference number that i got from UPS, ansd guess what....IT SAID THAT THEY RECIEVED THE CONSOLE AND ARE REPAIRING IT!! I am so confused!!!! I thought i shipped it to PUROLATOR. Are they the same company??!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!
PS. I lost the purolator reference number.
