XBOX360 Red lights?

Hi, i turned my xbox 360 on and the lights appeared on player 1,3 and 4. Then i turn it off and on and the light showed on every player, help please

The dreaded "red rings of death" my friend. All in all it's a hardware failure. The 360's have had an overheating issue, one that Microsoft has acknowledged and will fix for free. Below is a website that explains it all. Good luck.
