XBox live and Americans versus British question?

If I'm on Xbox Live, and some British jerk is being a poor sport and calling me a "dirty Yank" (which I dont find offensive at all, considering we once called ourselves Yankees and have a baseball team named the Yankees), what would be something offensive I could say to him that has to do with his nationality?

They hate to link their nationality with an animal .. Such as British Dog. Britsh Donkey.. or you can say cold blood..

Most americans on xbl are so stupid. They dont even know what Britain is, and they instantly call anyone "British". Nobody from England refers to themselves as "British" trust me. Stupid americans cant even talk properly.

Something about his teeth being gross? idk, I think that anyone who fights like that over XBOX Live is just childish.
