XBox360 Cheats For Call Of Duty 3 ?

I Don't Get The Cheat In This Game When You Have To Hold Back Then Press Right Right Left Left On The D-Pad And Then XX. What Does Hold Back Mean ?

Hold the back button and press left, right, up, left, down, start...

Unlock All Chapters/bouns Material-

Hold down the back button. Then press Right, Right, Left, Left, X, X quickly.

I only know the rocket Launcher cheat. It's kind of complicated, but here is how you do it.

B  -> <- -> <- Y X X B ^ <- LB RB <- -> X X B Y Y A  B A LT RT

It's tough to do but once you do it its worth it. You get a rocket launcher with infinite ammo and is a 1 shot kill. It can be used in vehicles. Im not sure if it works online but I have used it in campaign a lot.
