XC Runners Please!!??

Im joining xc this sept. but i am not that fast.

i run a 5k in about 23:30.

what should i do?

  1. go for a jog a few days a week untill september. Try making the distance a little longer every few weeks or when u feel u can cope. Or you can try running a 5 km every week - start of jogging and then try 2 get faster. Or try joining a club earlier to help you


  2. You should PUSH yourself to do as much working out as you can. If you really want to do good in cross country,  you have to strive to be the best.  I'm a freshman right now and trust me, it is a lot different than middle school. Good Luck!
