XC or VT (Cross Country or Virgin Trains?)?

Since most Virgin services went over to Cross country, do you like thier serviceS?

Please consider that ALOT of XC services are delyaed from Birmingham New Street -.- Virgin were MOSTLY always on time...

I've not had any experience of them yet - they only took over under 3 weeks ago. When you say 'a lot' of services are delayed from New Street what proportion are you talking about? What experience  have you had?
