Question:

XC runners help!?

Okay I've been running xc for 4 years now this up coming school year it'll be my 5th year and I'll be a junior in high school. I noticed that I gain weight easily and sometimes lose it easily but it's hardley ever constant. So my question is how do you girls make sure the extra weight stays off during xc season and off season?

  1. you watch your diet.


  2. up your protein, lower your carbs is how most bodybuilders cut weight but youll need some carbs on days when you workout especially

  3. Train during off season, not as much as during the regular season but enough to keep yourself around the same weight and to stay in shape
