I have been running XGL on my system for a year now with no problem. My system consists of a ASRock motherboard (775V88) with SUSE 10.2. My previous video card was a GeForece 4600 ti using the legacy driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-7184-pkg1.run. XGL ran without a hitch until I installed a 7600 GS card running the driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9755-pkg1.run.The card is working and so is the 3D capability as I can ran a number of 3D games. However, I cannot enable XGL because it reports that 3D has not been enabled. When I go into sax2 I cannot click the 3D checkbox as Sax reports that the system is using the VESA driver.Anyone have a fix for this?David Macias-- # Usenet Newsgroup Service $9.95/Month 30GB
