XGL on open SUSE 11?

Can I run XGL visual effects smoothly on open Suse 11.0 with an ATI Raedon X1270 integrated graphics card and 2gb ram (i can divert system RAM to video ram if necessary)

  1. most of XGL's functions will work relatively smoothly, but a dedicated graphics card will run XGL (actually, all processor-intensive graphics activity) much better.  integrated video isn't really cut out for cutting-edge graphics.
