XM SIRIOUS MERGER IS it finally GOING to HAPPEN?

2 votes for and 2 votes against the merger one vote left, is this merger going to go through finally? i bought 150 shares of sirius stock at $2.34 it closed at 2.68 and xm closed over 10 a share. if this merger happens will i gain at least 60 cents to a dollar a share? i know the proposal (4.6 shares of sirious for every 1 sirious) but my question is will my sirious stock rise immidiatly due to the merger? thanks for your help your answers are appreciated

I think for it to survive the merger will go thru. The downside is too great. Your stock has seen most all of the increase it is going to see
