I have buy a Toshibe satellite L355-S7812/ PSLD0U-00800X laptop from BestBuy Chicago Evanston shop on April 20-2008.
The laptop has preintalled Vista Home Premium OEMAct OS. I have ask the salesman if I can unistall the Vista and install the XP pro OS and he give to me a positive answer.
I want this laptop to use with 4 different software from some companies which I represent in my country (GREECE, EUROPE) to control and calibrate high precision analytical instruments.
The problem is that all these software are not compatible with MS VISTA OS. Under the wizard to install XP compatible software under VISTA OS, finally the softwares was installed BUT are not fully operationally (up to 40% of operations are not functionally. This means that the specific laptop it is not useful to me).
MY QUESTION: Because I want to have a laptop with XPpro OS, Can I find and if yes where, all XP drivers which needed for this laptop? Toshiba's US download web site it is not contain relevant drivers.
Any help, any idea to become the laptop useful?
