XV6900 does anyone have one and are they happy?

I have had the same style phone for 4 years and lg camera phone but need to upgrade to a pda since I will be traveling and need a phone to also be a modem for a laptop. Have verizon service and am debating between the blackberry and the xv6900. Please let me know pluses and minuses if you are knowledgeable and is the touchscreen good and easy to use? Thank you.
