x*x= a game name.

I downloaded a game and had is installed, as the game nearly start (at that instant), this pop-up pops out.

x*x has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Down there I had given three options, one is debug,another is imform the website this problem,another one I had forgotten, all yield the same result - the game closed.

What on earth shall I do to solve this problem? Please don't tell me to redownload the game, I think the game has no problem at all since it can be installed perfectly.

well, try reinstalling

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't say x*x. It should say the name of the exe file. So I doubt it's installed correctly.
