Xara transparency prob?

Question

I'm experiencing a problem in exporting images with "transparent" backgrounds using Xara 3D-4. Instead of transparent background, there is a "noisy" splodge which makes the iimage unusable.Wouls someone please 'talk me through' the exercise word by word. In my case, 'help' files don't!!!!!Very many thanks.John.
