After losing against Real Madrid in the Spanish La Liga, Xavi Hernandez believes that the Catalan fans will help Barcelona bounce back and take the 2 trophies on offer.
Barcelona faced Real Madrid in the Spanish La Liga on Saturday. The match was crucial for both the teams as a win for Barcelona would take them only a point behind Madrid and a win for Madrid would take them 7 points clear of Barcelona.
The Catalan giants, despite playing hosts to their bitter rivals, were unable to win against Los Blancos and succumbed to a 1-2 defeat at the hands of Jose Mourinho’s men.
Xavi Hernandez was substituted in the second half after missing a sitter during the game.
Barcelona, who are considered to be one of the best teams in the history of football, are now out of the Spanish La Liga title race and what’s left on offer are two trophies – the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League.
The Spanish midfield maestro, Xavi Hernandez, believes that the fans will help Barcelona bounce back into full stride so they can claim the rest of the two trophies left on offer.
