Xbox 360, send gamer pictures??

Question

On the xbox 360, can you send someone or can someone send you gamer pictures from the xbox live marketplace? If you can, please tell me how, easy 10 points.

I have had a 360 for a long time. they say that you can buy pictures with the MPS (microsoft points) if you go under market place. i think that they're 200 points for $12. you can send regular pictures, and messages but not gamer pictures. with the microsoft points you can buy songs, pictures, and bonus maps for call of duty 4. hope this clears things up!
