Xbox 360 Console Problems

Ok heres my problem: My disc tray wont close...

I put in CoD4 Then as it loaded it made some weird jamming noises and then an hour later i opened my disc tray then 5 seconds later it closes then opens again and wont stay closed... every time i open it.. it closes 5 secs later opens i wish sum1 would help me about this....... vlad

Send it in to Microsoft.

This is a hardware problem. I think it' s covered by Microsoft under Warranty(check the warranty card). If it is covered then you should call microsoft immediately, tell them about your problem and they will repair it for free!!
