Xbox 360 Problems help now ...?

So ive had my xbox 360 just like 2 weeks after it came out, and one to to another it doesnt what to read any kind of disks xbox 360, xbox, dvd, and music. plz i love this f-ing xbox 360 help... oh and i turned it on today and it had the red rings of death, i turned off then on 2 hours later and its normal except that it still doesnt read discs help me ahhhhhhhhh

that's strange. Seems you got a bad xbox. Talk to 1-800-4MY-XBOX, it's only 2 weeks old, so you can exchange it where you bought it, or talk to microsoft and they can send you a new one.

You need to send it to Microsoft. It's dying.

The red rings might have gone away for now, but they'll come back on and stay permanently soon. Call 1-800-4MYXBOX, and they'll let you know what you need to do.

Then you'll just ship it to them, they'll fix it or replace it, and ship you one back. Yes it will be gone for a bit, but it will get fixed.

Um you have to call 18004myxbox than wait an hour to get a real person on the line than get an email for a label to ship it than ship it and wait 1 month to get it back. And know their is no other way.

if it came back on you didn't have the red ring of death. There is some site that will tell you exactly what the red lights mean when so many are lit. 2 means something different than 4 and so on.  Google " Xbox red lights and ring of deat"

My 360 has problems with telling me the disc can't be read, even after or during game play. Sometimes I just take the disc out and clean it good, sometimes I need to restart the console. Its a pain... You may have some issue where you will have to suck it up and send it in for a free repair, depending on whats wrong with it. Its unfortunate but so many have had to do it.

i would suggest sending in to microsoft for repairs, i believe they do it for free when u get red rings of death

the problem with not reading disks is prolly cause the drive is broken....and the red rings just call xbox and set up a repair.. they will fix it for FREE and you wont get your original xbox back you get a refurbished one...u wont lose memory cause u dont send off ur hardrive.

wow dont go to that website he mentioned below me...ull sit there for hours just to not get it...like i said repairs r free...
