Xbox 360 Problems! please help!?

my xbox is brand new. i put in a mp3 cd and when i go to play it the circle with the line comes up next to the name. it says that it may not be suported. also i cant rip any music

u cant use mp3 cd's it has to be a regular CD-R then u can rip it and play songs on the 360

Do you have a hard drive

Did you format the disc

you need to use cd-r

update ur xbox360. make sure mp3 cd's are in all mp3 file. ... no .acc and others because it wont support them.
