Xbox 360 Recording Programme?

Question

When i put my 360 TV cable into my TV i found these 3 more cables. Are they video recording cables? Cos i realy want to record my gamplay. Like recording missions like GTA. Please please some one reply to this question. Also if you have a suggestion of a differant programme, please make sure it's free cos i can't afford to buy ANY programme.

u might have to hook it up to yor computer and download some screen recording thing

you have got an AV component cable. which you can use for standard tv or HD tv. i got HD so i use 4, but if u've got stardard tv then you use three. the only way you can record ur gameplay is by using ur digital camera.
