How do i get rid of Red Eye...or Red Ring of Death?

Sorry, it is broken and needs to be shipped back in.  The good news is that it should be free to replace.

1. Call: 1-800-4MY-XBOX

2. They want the serial number on the back, they want you to unplug it from the wall, plug it back in, stand it on its head, etc.

If you're patient:

Wait 7-10 days for the "coffin" (box) to arrive from Microsoft.  Take off the hard drive, wireless adapter, everything and ship it off.

If you're not patient: ask them for the shipping address and ship it to them overnight.

It takes about 7 days to go through their shop, I was impressed at the speed.

If you opened it up, chip modded it, etc. you are now the proud owner of a white brick.
