Xbox 360 - Red Rings, How do i fix "E 74"? Please look.?

i have a xbox 360 and i got a red ring in the bottem right quadrent or the ring of light.

when i turn on the xbox it tell me to see customer support. that wasnt any help.

when i turn on the xbox it says e 74 at the bottem. i was wondering what that means and how do i fix my xbox?

E74 is scaler chip or AV cable but usually it's a GPU fault. X-clamp replacement kit will (probably) fix it.

I sell them on Ebay and 1200+ people have fixed their xboxes with my kits. It's simply a replacement for the x-clamps with the right sized bolts, washers and a sachet of thermal paste to replace the awful MS thermal pads + my repair guide is v good with lots of pics and is really easy to follow.

will if your console is in warranty they are going to send for u to the repair for free if its not they just gona charge u for it (from 60 to 65 B ))

Call them or go to their website and request a console repair.  I just had this problem and have already gotten mine back last week and it is working fine again! The red ring of light hardware failure is convered under warranty for an additional 3 years after purchase.

I HAVE the same problem right now, actually. Go to xbox.com and go to support. Register your console, then request a repair. Fill out a form of your information, and continue through the process.
