Xbox 360 Repair. HelpPlease?

Hi. quick question

Xbox sent me an UPS return label to:

FULFILLMENT CENTRE

844 DON MILLS RD

DOOR #20

TORONTO

ON

M3C1V7

CA

Then sent me a Purolator return label to:

FULIFILLMENT CENTRE

DOCK 20-21

844 DON MILLS RD

NORTH YORK ONT> m3C1V2

416-443-7588

I noticed that one is ful"i"fullment and the other is fulfillment without the "i" ones North York and ones Toronto... Also the postal codes are different....

So I decided to sent it with the UPS one....and its been like 4 weeks and i havent got any reply back from xbox.

Also, I asked my friends and they sort of remembered that it is supposed to be sent to REPAIR CENTRE not FULFULLMENT.

Is this normal? Its been like a month already

call 1-800-4myxbox and tell them the situation. If you registered your xbox then they should be able to fix the problem. First wait one more week because it does take 3-5ish give or take a few days.

Go online to Xbox and it should have the tracking # on file. Look it up

i think that you've made a terrible mistake buying an XBOX 360 to begin with..

sorry you did something so stupid. You should have went with PS3.

You still have a chance to make it right!!

throw away tha garbage....its going to cost you more money than its worth.
