Question:

Xbox 360 Repair Status: No Pending Repair?

About two weeks ago, I sent my Xbox 360 to Microsoft to get fixed. 6 days later, I recieved an E-mail telling me that they had recieved my Xbox 360, and that I would recieve an E-mail when the repair was complete. The next day I went on Xbox.com to check my repair status and it said that the device had been repaired or replaced and that they were shipping it back to me. 3 days later I went on the website to check my repair status again, and instead of saying I was on step 4 of the process, my repair status says "No Pending Repair". What does that mean for me? I checked on UPS.com to check the status of my package and it only had information as to the day they dropped the empty box to my house.

  1. Probly just a delay or something

    Mine took about 2-3 weeks

  2. You shouldn't worry..

Something similar happened to me.. it seemed like it was sitting in some shipping center in McAllen TX forever and then all of a sudden it showed up as delivered..

They should have sent you a different tracking number for the trip back..  If you can't find the tracking number on the web site then maybe call and ask them..

    Good luck..
