Question:

Xbox 360 Repair Status: No service requests were found?

Why when i go to check my Xbox 360 status on their website it says no No service requests were found, I know i have sent an request because i checked it yesterday and it said the Xbox was not received yet. I also checked this on UPS this morning and it said it was delivered so what's going on here is this how it should be.

  1. They may be finished with it and shipped it back already. They might close the request when the repair is completed and put the case in some other status.

    Check your e-mail and see if you get a tracking number.

    If not, I'd call them like crazy to find out whats going on.
