Xbox 360 Repair (need Help!!)?

Hi,

So I got the 3 red rings (red rings of death) and I phoned Microsoft and set up a repair.

They told me an email will be sent to you regarding how you should send it.

So I get an UPS email the next day. But I didnt send in my xbox yet.

About 3 days after that, a Purolator box appears in front of my house with the exact adress as the UPS one. ( along with a box and shipping label etc)

So which one do I use?

Purolator or UPS?

Does it even matter???

Use the UPS one. I have had to send out 2 consoles already, and I know for a fact that they ship through UPS. Once you put the console in the box, you need to bring it to the nearest UPS Store. They will take care of it from there. They will then ship it to your home address when it is done with repairs.

Oh, and expect it to take anywhere from 3 weeks to a month to get back. That is how long it took for us.

just take the ups box and put the 360 in it but make sure u take the hardrive out

Then there is a number that the xbox people will give u when u talked to them on the phone put that # on a stickey sheet attach it to ur xbox 360.

Then send it to the xbox company and u will get it back in 2-4 weeks

ahha dude the email doesnt matter, just use the sticker in the box, u paste it over the one thats already there and u just give it to purolator

I agree with Luna, and don't worry about a PS3, I think you would be wasting your time...

lol no it dont matter cuz you shouldnt of brought a rubbish outdatded console to start with do your self a favour and get a ps3.

Just put the Xbox in the packaging, put the UPS label on the box, take it to any UPS store and drop it off. Be sure to take down the tracking number so you can check it's progress via UPS.com. The label should have the correct shipping address since it is pre-paid.
